Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
Welcome to OUT2FI ("we", "us", "the station", "the site"). By listening to OUT2FI, browsing out2fi.com, or using its chat, song-request, genre, or contact features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
1. What OUT2FI is
OUT2FI is an online radio station: a continuous, 24/7 rotation of Latin music mixes (reggaeton, pop latino, salsa, bachata, cumbia and more) hosted by AI-voiced DJs, playable directly from your browser or as an installed web app (PWA). It's free to listen to and doesn't require creating an account.
2. Using the site
You agree to use OUT2FI respectfully: don't attempt to disrupt the service, don't send abusive, illegal, or harassing messages through the live chat or the song-request form, and don't use automated tools to spam any part of the site. We may hide, remove, or block access for messages or behavior that breaks these rules, at our discretion.
3. Music and third-party content
The mixes played on OUT2FI are streamed through SoundCloud's public player. We don't host, download, or redistribute the underlying audio files ourselves — playback happens through SoundCloud's own service, subject to SoundCloud's own Terms of Use. Song artwork shown in the "Tendencias" section may be pulled automatically from Spotify's public oEmbed service when a track's Spotify link is configured.
4. Live chat and song requests
Anything you type into the community chat or the song-request box may be shown publicly on the site (including to the on-air AI DJ, who may read parts of it aloud) and may be reviewed by our team. Don't share personal information you wouldn't want made public. We reserve the right to moderate, edit the visibility of, or delete any message.
5. Intellectual property
The OUT2FI name, logo, and the design/code of this site belong to OUT2FI. Third-party trademarks (SoundCloud, Spotify, WhatsApp, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe how the service works.
6. Advertising
OUT2FI may display banner ads from third parties. We aren't responsible for the content, products, or services advertised by those third parties; clicking an ad takes you to that advertiser's own site, governed by their own terms.
7. No warranty / limitation of liability
OUT2FI is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted playback, that the AI DJ commentary will always be available or error-free, or that the site will be free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, OUT2FI isn't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Lima, Peru, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms? Write to us at info@out2fi.com, or use the Contact page. OUT2FI — Lima, Perú.
This document is a general-purpose base template, written to plainly describe how OUT2FI actually works. It isn't a substitute for advice from a Peruvian lawyer — if you plan to run advertising contracts, collect payments, or need airtight legal coverage, we recommend having it reviewed before relying on it as your final terms.
